Our Advanced course is designed for people who have begun to develop coordinated breathing and stroke techniques.
This course will help to further build on their existing front stroke skills by teaching other front stroke techniques, such as breast stroke and will also teach children the basics of how to swim on their backs and introduce arms.
Safety wise, they will learn how to independently do more complex routines such as floating, sculling, bike legs, doing simple water rescues.
